These terms and conditions govern your use of the website and services provided by K R Consultancy Services (North) Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 11831666, whose registered office is at 55 London Road, Liverpool L3 8HY. By accessing our website or engaging our services you agree to be bound by these terms.
We provide regulated immigration advice (at the level authorised by our regulator), business consultancy and language services including translation and interpreting. The scope of any engagement, deliverables and fees will be set out in a separate client care letter or written quotation before work begins.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information and documents, to respond promptly to requests for instructions, and to inform us of any changes to your circumstances. We rely on the information you give us; we are not responsible for outcomes affected by incomplete or inaccurate information.
Fees are quoted in advance and may be fixed or charged at an hourly rate. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. We may pause or stop work on overdue accounts. Third-party fees (such as Home Office or court fees) are payable by you in addition to our fees.
Where work has not yet started, fees paid in advance are refundable less any reasonable administration costs. Once work has begun, refunds are made only for the portion of services not yet performed. Government, court and other third-party fees are non-refundable once submitted.
We treat all client information as confidential and only share it where you authorise us to, where required by law, or where necessary to deliver the service (for example, with a translator or counsel). See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
Our immigration advice is provided in accordance with the rules and code of conduct of our regulator. We do not give legal advice on matters outside our authorised scope and may refer you to a suitably qualified adviser where appropriate.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence). Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for the matter in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, images) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us in writing and we will follow our internal complaints procedure. If your complaint cannot be resolved with us, you may be able to escalate it to our regulator.
These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the date of the latest update.
